Are you, as in the earlier post, also wanting to connect to an MS Access
DB?
'Cause if you're wanting to connect to a PSQL database, you don't need
a local DSN at all, System, User, File, whatever.
Else, I should think that it wouldn't matter to uniPaaS or XPA what TYPE
of DSN is was, although it may indeed matter WHERE a file DSN is stored.
