I thought that little arrow thing in the upper right corner of the Group Box allowed you to do that. But I just tried it in one of my apps and all it would allow me to do is change the Group Box text.

Have tried every combination of Shift, Alt and Control, and lassoing the area, but it will only select the group box, not its contents
