When I try to create an ECI using XPA (3.3D), the process tries to create file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSE\Magicxpa33\Add_On\Magic xpa Interface Builder.sln

Yes, i have manual tab order, and the button is not the last park-able control.
I change the button so it become the last park-able control and that cause the cursor park on new window as like

Unfortunately, no such global timeout mechanism exists, even in current the version (v14), but if it continues to present a serious problem and you're unable to get your customer
