No glue what 4.6 does here. Maybe some things default now to Unicode which were before ANSI. That MSE uses UTF-8 internally that I would rather not expect. That would just to nice to be true .

Magic Fonts and TTC
Quite surprised that even with XPA 4.6, I still cant use TTC font collections. Many standard Microsoft fonts that were once TTFs are now only installed wrapped up in TTCs.
If there anyway around this

one customer has in environment the 1920 to solve the Y2K.
Now he entered the date 01/01/20 which will be calculated as 1920 instead of 2020.
