magic freezing when using the option of PDlg = YES (magic 9.4 SP8)

Hi Magic group

When select "YES' in the PDlg (print dialog) and run the magic program, magic freezing (stop working).
This phenomenon doesn't appear on all magic stations, although everyone has a same printer.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

When you open the application on a magic station, where the problem occurs, go to the menu File (in the top menu) and Printer Setup. Check, if you see the printer in question, I am assuming it’s a network printer. If not, you have to define it.

Did you try reinstalling printer driver?

Do all magic stations have the same OS, like the same Windows version?

Same printers and the same OS (Win7).

Then, as Victoria suggested, try reinstalling the printer driver.

Other Idea

Rules out security/account issue.

If possible test the station with an Administrator accounts to see if the issue occurs.

Another guess is whether you have a default printer set in Windows?
