Hi Magic group
When select "YES' in the PDlg (print dialog) and run the magic program, magic freezing (stop working). This phenomenon doesn't appear on all magic stations, although everyone has a same printer. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated adi_sys |

When you open the application on a magic station, where the problem occurs, go to the menu File (in the top menu) and Printer Setup. Check, if you see the printer in question, I am assuming it’s a network printer. If not, you have to define it.

Do all magic stations have the same OS, like the same Windows version?

Other Idea Rules out security/account issue. If possible test the station with an Administrator accounts to see if the issue occurs. |
