Using CVSNT and eDev10.1, on a new machine an attempt to open project from server yields a popup - Unknown CVS command.  cvs_client is in the eDeveloper Studio tree and its in the PATH.  cvs (the server part) is in Program Files (x86) and the PATH.  No clue how to debug this.
