Running Samo=les Project UP1.9

Hi All
I have had to reinstall W10 and Unipaas and all is reasonably OK – can accessimy main project without a problem, but when I close it or even try and open from the start the Online Samples program, I get a message “A project can only be opened by one Studio session at a time…..” I don’t have any other sessions running so not sure what to correct here.
Nybody any ideas?

I found an answer – I had to run UP as administrator – I don’t know if it is the correct solution but it is working.
