Strange error in mgerror.log
Graham White
Hi all,
I have noticed an error in General error Log which has a description of [Error ] - Program not found, Program: "Main Program". I am not sure where this comes from is there anything I can do to get more information e.g. user name or does anyone know how it might get there?
Thanks

Speculating, seems too weird assed weird to be the current application Main Program - unless you did a hotfix update of your ecf during your online day when users were connected and didn't filter them gracefully from one version to another - or it's a component
ecf main program in a similar circumstance?

Hello Graham,
Maybe the main program does a call program to an entry in a component, but the program is not there in the ECF?
The program name in the error log is the task where the error is occurring, and not what is called…
Greets, Ramon

I suggest you turn on logging of task and check the .ecf that has this error ... Like Ramon said it could be one of the components ...
[MAGIC_LOGGING]
Task = Y
Levels = N
DataView = N
Recompute = N
Flow = N
Events = N
LogClient = N
TransCache = N
LogSynch = N
BeginEndMsg = N
Gateway = N
BackgroundMsg = N
ExternalLogFileName = d:\0\test.log
Open up test.log after you close the app. Regards A |

Is the UserFunctionality component loaded or at least in the expected location?

hi,
1) check ecf in this location %EngineDir%Add_On\UserFunctionality\UserFunctionality.ecf 2) check if you have user functionality row in crr. if no, add it manually |
