Upgrade question

Greetings
I have a user on Magic Unipas 1.9H and using PSQL Server Enqine v11 on the server. The server is running Windows Server 2012 R2 and needs to be upgraded to Windows Server 2019. Does anybody know if this Magic/Pervaisive combo will run on WS2019? We’ve got about 9 months before final date for upgrade.
